A study published found journalists’ brains were operating at a lower level because of dehydration and “the tendency of journalists to self-medicate with alcohol, caffeine, and high-sugar foods”. So our Media

Chaplaincy team took matters into their own hands and sent out packs of rehydration drinks filled with

electrolytes to newsrooms throughout New Zealand (along with an invitation to meet with a chaplain!)
